This place is not worth the money. If you need maintanence, you will have to call at least 3 times before someone shows up. A bird flew in through the vent to my bathroom fan. I called for two weeks to have someone come and check it out. By the time someone actually showed up, the bird was dead and rotting. It was not clean when we moved in. Also, someone threw up all over the stairs and walkway on our floor, and it took 5 phone calls to have someone clean it up. The first month we lived here, the trash area was a complete mess. The trash pile was over 5 feet high and span over a 10x10 square. Had to call the health department to get it cleaned up. Every week I am having to call to make noise complaints from noisy neighbors partying until 4am. My roommate and I pay over 900 bucks a month for an 880 sq. ft. apartment. They do not prorate your rent even though you pay over 10 months, but only get 9 months of living time. In one week, 23 cars were stolen. My brand new bike was stolen within a week of moving in. Theft is high in this area. Just stay away from here for your own good P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
