If you hate sleeping and enjoy loud parties at all hours everynight, drunken fights, and an unresponsful management then the Commons is for you. I lived here for a year, made many complaints about the drunken fights and loud parties that spill into the hallways and parking lots and not once did the management take care of anything.When I first maved in the walls were scuffed, blinds were broken, outside door would not shut all the way, and garbage disposal was shooting sparks. The only time anyone took care of anything was when the came to fix the blinds after a couple of phone calls and to change the smoke alarm battery. The lights on the porch do not shut off and are conveniently placed next to bedroom windows, making it hard to sleep. With loud parties and light next to windows it is pointless to open a window for cool/ or fresh air.
