I'm a student at the University of Oregon and I'm going into my second year of living at University Commons because I really like it here! Rent is a little bit higher than other place close to campus, but it's worth it because the apartments are new and come furnished which makes it an easy move. My favorite part about them is that they have a washer and dryer in each apartment! I also love the beautiful swimming pool and volleyball. Another big plus is that I feel SAFE here and as a girl this is a big deal to me. The security is nice and I can walk around at night and feel safe. In response to other reviews, I have always thought the office was very friendly and the maintenance staff is great! If there is anything wrong it's usually fixed within a day or so. I know a lot of people at the Commons share my feelings and really enjoy living here. It's a great place to meet people because the complex is pretty social and it's all college-aged people. A lot of my friends have renewed their leases. I highly recommend University Commons to anyone looking for a fun complex that has nice apartments.

Please tell me that this review wasn't planted by the management. You have got to be kidding me! You must have lucked out and moved into an apartment near the office, which they tend to keep a little cleaner than the outlying buildings and is closer to the lazy security guards. I'm thinking you're one of the people that enjoy all the chaos.
