not only should you learn to spell(management), your response to the reviewer was so unprofessional, I have to think that what he said was true. The best thing you could have done was not to respond at all... you did and you really made yourself look uneducated, unprofessional and certainly not management material. I do feel you may lose a lot of business with your unprofessional response......too bad!
