This is my second year living at the commons. Last year was fine. Its typical student housing. There are parties and drinking. That is to be expected. What I dont expect is when new owners run off a manager and assistant manager that did the jobs they were hired to do. I dont expect to have to be fearful of going out at night to empty my trash because the property is over run with drug dealers. I dont expect to be treated rudly by the office staff when i'm asking for a service call to my apartment or simply paying my rent. I dont expect that the so called marketing person's boyfriend is allowed to openly smoke marijuana in her apartment and my roommates and i have to put up with the stink of it in the breeze ways. I dont know how many times I have to tell them that I am not going to renew and not to come to my front door. The commons is a horrible place and thyere is not one reason that I can think of to live here a third year.
