for the most part the commons is a decent place to live...the managment is better now that gary and amber are gone and maintenance is better now that christian is gone and they have more help. about the drug deals...unless you are actually involved in them, you have nothing to worry about...there are going to be drug problems no matter where you go...IT'S EUGENE! the only thing regretable about living there is that a psycho lives in building B...stay away from her!! (red hair, glasses, face like a horse)....other than her, the commons is great, it's where i met all my friends-the closest friends i've ever had...okay, bye

OMG I've totally met that girl. She seriously needs to get her head checked. I saw her go off on some poor girl in the store across the street from the complex... isn't she the girl who has been sleeping around with security? Anyway... anyone who is thinking about living at The Commons really should stay away from this girl. Other than that I haven't had any problems since the new management took over.

Actually nobody who is looking a place to live should move in to the commons. Only people who want to party constantly or do the drugs that are being pushed around that crappy place. Anybody who wants a place to "live" should look elsewhere, maybe a higer rated complex with more reasonable prices for the environment. Commons isn't worth half the price they charge.

Wow I couldn't agree more with you. The names you listed in the beginning of your post are the names of the whores that don't do ---- for any of us, especially Tyler "Paris" Tronson. Yup if she ever reads this she will do her famous scoff and mumble "Like whatever you guys" like she is in the movie clueless...Hell she should have been. She is the real life air headed bimbo. I wonder what she does to get a lease?

Tyler Tronson, Stacy Sackrider, Anna, Grace, Autumn, Mang-Ying: This is not your personal forum to trash talk tenants, current or otherwise. If you do not agree with something someone has said about the issues they faced at the property you work for, there are diplomatic, legal, and even respectful ways to take that up. There is no need to name-call, give out personal information, or otherwise slander someone on the internet. In case you hadn't noticed, the manager last summer made the big deal about drugs on the property. It was his decision to step it up with loaded firearms on the property. I was never a part of it and you know that. Using this public forum, where people with real lives and real experiences go to tell their stories in the hopes of helping the community make itself better, to trash talk me, my life, and my personal experiences is beyond cruel and destructive. It is pathetic that any of you would choose to slander me for things you personally witnessed and turned a blind eye to. And even more sad that you would choose to do it so publicly in hopes of trying to stave off the many, many voices that disagree with you. The people have already spoken. Perhaps you should try listening to them rather than to the sound of popularity and convenience. This site, and all others like it, are by the community, for the community. Don't demean them by turning the real issues, real lives, and real people into a bunch of high school internet drama.
