I'm gonna have to say no...

There are a few good things I guess I can say... parking is always great, maint. requests eventually got filled, and the vaulted ceilings on the 3rd floor were nice...

The appliances were awful, the walls, floor, carpet, and everything in the apartment wasn't ever clean and impossible to clean.

Management was awful if you went down with questions, pushy, rude, a few of the girls were helpful but always handed us off to someone else if it was anything besides a rent payment and we were stuck dealing with that all over again.

We got our apartment broken into, everything stolen out of it, management blamed us for an unlocked window despite it being obviously crowbared open. Took us months to get a lock on our balcony door to prevent it from happening again and one of my roommates parents had to force the difficult and awful management to do it.

The community blows, parties, fights, random drunk people walking RIGHT onto your balcony (pre-door lock). If you don't remember to lock it we had a few walk right into our livingroom. We had a dozen or more fights break out in the hallway outside our apartment, even more on the ground outside. Constant pot smoking and whatever. Cars were always being broken into and the police basically lived in the parking lot much of the time.

Everything else was average, and I guess I can't complain. The fridge never broke and the laundry machines kept working....

The management has a contractual obligation to provide a safe environment- it's Oregon law. You CAN get out of your lease because they are breaking the law and your contract by allowing all the problems you've listed.
