It's finally over. I'm not talking about the school year, although I am glad that it is over. I'm talking about my lease at University Commons aka Campus Commons. You can put perfume on a turd but no matter how good it may smell, its still a turd. If you enjoy constantly being bothered by office sanctioned drug dealers, break ins,car vandalism, fights, non stop parties and noise and an office staff that constantly threatens you when you complai and ignores you when you have a question or work request, then this definitly is the place you want to live at. The office staff consists of a drunk, an anarexic, a tall blonde tramp and a guy that hits on anything with breasts including,no doubt, the Zacky Farms chickens. Do yourself a favor, either stay in the dorms or rent an apartment away from the Kinsrow area. The commons is like a season in hell. Safety here is non existant. There is dog crap all over the place and leases state no pets.Construction is horrible. You can hear your neighbor fart even when you are sleeping.Maintenance has become a joke.Overall, you would be better off living in goverment projects.

The management has a contractual obligation to provide a safe environment- it's Oregon law. You CAN get out of your lease because they are breaking the law and your contract by allowing all the problems you've listed.
