Generally a good area to live.

I've never had any problems in the Commons. They're more expensive to live in, but that's because they come with any commodity you could ask for. Fridge, oven and stove, washer and dryer in unit, a huge kitchen, seperate bathrooms. I checked out multiple other places before moving here and for about $40 less a month I could get...a cramped room, with a tiny shared kitchen and bathroom. As far as safety, I feel perfectly fine walking around the property anytime of day or night. It's no less safe than any other part of Eugene, really. As far as drug use goes, you're in Eugene; deal with it. As far as noise goes, you're in a college student complex; deal with it. I've never had any big problems and any small ones I have I'm smart enough to fix myself. This is a great place to live if you're grown up enough to handle the real world.
