The staff has never been friendly or helpful from day one! Even when they showed us the property for the first time they weren't personable. They give off a cold and unfriendly feel.
And don't expect them to go over the lease with you when you sign. They just hand it to you, tell you where to sign and intial, and then walk off!!

I lived at Valley River Court for nearly 3 years and not once had a problem with the staff. They have always been personalbe and friendly. They have always known my name and say hello. It's funny that you would complain about the staff not reading the lease to you since you are supposed to be an adult and be able to read yourself. I guarantee, that if you signed any other legal paperwork, the person(s) you were working with wouldn't read the document to you as well. You aren't a child anymore. Grow up!

I went and looked at these apartments and found the same thing that they were ruse on the phone and when we went too look at them I appreciate this review as we will NOT be living here
