The good & the bad

THE GOOD:
- Friendly office folks
- Free movie rentals
- Our 3rd floor apt is quiet
- Decent value

THE BAD:
- Outside needs a good powerwashing
- Roof is covered with moss
- Not much parking (impossible on Friday & Saturday!!)
- Creekside??s pool is kept more nicely
