Management - They greet you with a smile, but it's all fake. They really couldn't care less about their tenants. It's all a front to appear accommodating and courteous.
Apartments - Thin walls, thin floors, cheap everything else. I can hear my neighbor snoring. The bathtubs are cheap and creek under your feet.
Security - They don't regulate parking so any of the designated "open" spaces are rarely open because other tenants usually store a broken down vehicle there that they never move.
Washer/Dryer - They bought the cheapest machines possible. Could they be any louder'!
Rate - Built into your already over-priced rental rate is the cost of a worthless monthly, glossy newsletter. Good thing you're paying for recipes and the latest movie release information!
Overall, the management has no respect for their tenants. They assume everyone is a crook, or at least that's how I have been made to feel. I like the size and I feel safe in this location, but for what the apartments are and how the management is run, the negatives outweigh the costs.
