Woodland Creek 50% Recommended May 13 2008: do not rent from any umbrella properties...maintenance is shoddy, tenants are trashy, I lived at woodland creek for 2 months then put in notice...it was horrible. Fountain Villa 77% Recommended May 12 2008: I lived at Fountain Villa for 2 years and loved it. Swift with maintenance issues. Amber, the office manager is great! Hightly recommend the place :) Wouldn't have moved but we bought a house. Churchill Village 44% Recommended Apr 30 2008: Apartments are in bad condition, non insulated. They will raise your rent once you move in, they raised my rent by 75$! I'm moving out. Willamette Gardens 40% Recommended Apr 30 2008: This is the most discusting place I've ever lived. The management is garbage especially Dodie, She's fat and ugly and doesnt seem to care about any of the sanitasion issues at the willamette Gardens. The Maintanance people are completely lazy Somerset Villas 88% Recommended Apr 25 2008: I've really enjoyed living here, after living all over town, this definitely ranks #1 as having a nice private quiet space. |
