I miss Broadway Place - I lived in Broadway place in 2009 and left because I had to move out of state for work and I have never found such a nice apartment since. DON'T MOVE IN! It was way too loud, the staff didn't give a rat's --- about anything, maintenance was LAZIER THAN HELL, cops and emergency vehicles all the time, poorly built apartments, and just an awful place overall. Glad I moved out.

Great older apartments Management is the best. Tons of Parking. Very quiet. Spacious older apartments. The bathroom in my 1 bedroom 1 bath is very outdated and small. The worst part of the apartment by far. No washer/dryer hookups in units.

Apartments are great! I have lived here for over 2 years, the staff is great and the location is amazing being right next to Winco and other shopping venues. I would highly recommend living here. One downside is the yard maintenance to keep the place looking nice can be extremely irritating
