I've lived in a two bedroom/two bath flat for a year, and I'm currently living in a one bedroom/one bath apartment now. The two bed/bath apartments are a great floorplan for roommates, with lots of square footage. The one bedroom unit is small (less than 600 square feet). When on the first floor, you can hear people stomping around above you. I do enjoy the fact that the building has secure access and there is parking garage in the basement of each unit. I feel very safe living here.
My main complaint would be the lack of "extras." They don't really pay any utilities. Although there's a seasonal pool and jacuzzi, there isn't a weight room - and the "club house" is basically just a small conference room. Management can be difficult to get a hold of (always get their answering machine). Also, very few units have a balcony.
