Love the Building...

I recently moved here with a roomate - the 2br flats have a great roomate friendly lay out. Quality appliances (Moen,Koeler,Kenmoore). Nice quality all around - quiet neighborhood, except for the occasional loud neighbor. No gym though - but near a Bally's Fitness Center. Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher in every unit.
