I lived here for a year and for the most part thought that it was a good experiance for and apartment. Its true that the previous management was a lot more friendly but the new ones are just fine and quick with maintenance. The walls are pretty thin so you would hope that you would have quiet nighbors. Most of mine were but i did have to turn on a loud fan at night to muffel the snoring of the man next door to me which really sucked. The hot tub was broken for a long time but that didnt really bother me to much. Personally i dont like the foor plans and the fact that there are no personal balcony's but if you can live with that than your ok.
