These apartments are approx. 8 years old, and are being completely resided, and all windows are being replaced!!! Basically they are being RE-BUILT around the tenants that are either too poor to move, or too stupid to move! THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN, THE NEIGHBORS ARE BADGERS (THEY HAVE MORE TIME TO MIND YOUR BUSINESS INSTEAD OF THEIR OWN!). THE BUILDING IS NOT SECURE, DUE TO BROKEN DOORS ENTERING THE NON-SECURE GARAGES. THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS!!!!!!!! THE BUILDINGS ARE FILTHY, AND BORDERLINE UNSANITARY. THERE IS DOG POOP ALL OVER THE VERY SMALL GRASSY AREAS. THERE ARE NO BALCONYS, PATIOS, OR PORCHES, ONLY NOSEY NEIGHBORS!!!!! THEY ARE NOT "HANDICAP FRIENDLY", IN FACT THEY TEND TO DISCRIMINATE AGAINST PEOPLE WITH HANDICAPS AND / OR DISABILITIES. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO MY WORST ENEMY!! IN FACT CHINOOK WAY IS NOT EVEN FIT FOR A SLOB!!!!!

Uhm... there is an elevator, ramps to help handicapped people... The building is secure as you enter a code to even get into the building and have to have a garage opener to get into the garage. There are not patios, but you are RIGHT NEXT TO A PARK.
