This place claims to be Luxurious Apartment Homes...and it lives up to that claim. This place is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in...And I am, as my user name states, brutally honest and extremely picky. Before I moved into this place I had visited a total of 17 different places to pick one out.
The kitchens are huge with lots of counter space, lots of cupboards, large refrigerator.
The bathrooms are big.
The bedrooms are big.
The bedrooms are roommate friendly; at opposite ends of the floor from each other.
Units have good quality washers and dryers.
Pool and hottub is nice and doesn't have the problem like other places have: kids from all the surrounding area coming to swim all the time.
Landscaping is just beautiful.
A nice outdoor play area for very young kids.
Work out room is ok and you may access it 24 hours a day.
Management is very friendly and capable. I should also mention this complex is privately owned and you don't have to deal with most of the beaucratic things you do with most places that are corporate owned.
Maintenance is adequate and timely.
A 24 hour convenience store with gasoline is within walking distance.
The only negative aspect about living there was the parking situation; it is an absolute nightmare if you have more than one vehicle.
