Absolutely great

Just moved here from Chicago and put a deposit down without seeing the apartments. I asked to see the apartment upon my arrival prior to signing, and I was blown away. This would easily be sold as a $130,000 condo or $1400/mo apartment in Chicago.
POSITIVES / NEGATIVES (p)/(n):
(p) The apartment looks spectacular. Very roomy, very bright. Great appliances. 2 full baths!'
(p) Despite a somewhat cramped parking spot, the lighted carport makes leaving my car alone at night not a big deal.
(p) Management is very friendly. They put up with my frequent calls prior to even signing, and were just as friendly in person.
(p) 24 hr fitness center, with well-kept equipment.
(p) My unit has an extra storage closet outside on the deck for storing things such as firewood, packing stuff, etc.
(p) Close to plenty of shopping, the gorgeous gorge, PDX, downtown.
(p)(n) (neutral) Some policies seem restrictive; However, it is obvious why they are in place- to prevent conflicts between renters, to limit liability, etc.
(n) Road noise is considerable; I am on an end unit, so it may be better further in.
