Close to Columbia Gorge, catches a lot of wind. Walls insulated poorly. Fireplaces more for looks than usage (if you don't want to inhale smoke and darken your wall). Hot tub and pool often closed (poorly maintained). On site gym decent. Grounds look okay. Covered parking lots tiny, your car may get dinged on both sides. Management friendly. Close to Walmart, KMart and Target, trailer parks and a sewer farm. Whoopie!
