I recently shopped this property. As a fellow industry worker, I can tell you that I would not ever treat my potential renters the way I was treated. The young woman who showed me around was, in a word "snotty". She acted as though the last thing she wanted was for me to rent an apartment there. And since I do market surveys on this property, I know from their occupany % that they cannot afford to turn away prospective tenants. However, I loved the property itself! Good luck!
