Great neighbors -- very quiet, better than average insulation, car parking spot are very small -- sometimes can't get into car if big car is parked next to mine, not many visitor spots, GREAT maintenance and people taking care of you, very good work-out room, very clean and well-taken care of property, when I lived in an end unit that faced the Gorge, I felt the wind and cold much more than in the apt I live in now, which is in between apts and in between floors, so it's pretty warm. It's a large unit with a big walk-in closet, great sunny bedroom facing south, not-so-sunny living room/kitchen facing north, nice little porch off of the living/dining room that I can put flowers and hanging flowers.
