I have lived here for about a year and a half. During this time the office management has changed 3 times, but the grounds/maintenance has guy has remained the same and he is wonderful! If something needs repaired in your apartment he fits you in ASAP and completes his work quickly. Also, the grounds are kept extremely clean and beautiful and the new doggy poop stations have work wonders at keeping the grass clean. Despite having to renew our lease the management did not increase our rent!! My only warning would be to make sure to get all special agreements, requests, etc in writing because you never know how long the current management will be there.

The apartments themselves are old, but well maintained. With the Fairview wind, the fireplaces are pretty much useless unless you want an apartment full of wood smoke! Noise isn t too much a problem unless your immediate neighbor (above or below) is REALLY noisy; the solid concert floors and thick walls are wonderful things about older buildings! Most of the neighbors I have had have been really friendly, respectful, and quite. Parking is difficult if you have more than one car, so I suggest paying a little extra to get a car port although the waiting list may be long it will be worth the wait.

Overall you can find a better price for such a nice apartment/environment.
