I lived in these apartments for a year and a half. The layout is great - roomy and open. However, the management staff was awful. We had a re-accuring ant problem that never got fixed. We would take care of it and they would come back from someplace else - from under the carpets, through the door jams because they weren't sealed well, etc. With each occurance the office staff wrote down our complaint and then did NOTHING. We also could not drink the water from our kitchen faucet because it tasted like mold, even after boiling. The tubes were changed, but it tasted the same, and again, nothing was done. It was very frustrating having these issues, and others, and not having anything taken care of. In addition, they were continually raising the rent, and still are. The headache was not worth the high price or the nice layout.
