No Parking! ! ! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   If you have only one car and don't want company than this place is for you. We ended up having to rent a garage just to have somewhere to park our second car. The management changes frequently. The apartments across the street are ghettos and scum hangs out during the summer months. The pool is freezing cold and the apartments are drafty. You can feel the east wind inside sometimes. Our rent is being raised by $100 after we were told it would never go up by more than $50 in a year. On the good side, the rent includes water, sewer and garbage, the units are roomy and laid out nicely. The bed rooms are huge and have nice big closets. Pets are welcomed including large dogs (why discriminate against big pooches'), the community is fairly peaceful, people are nice, maintaince man is super nice, the access is I-84 is wonderful, and there is a swing and small slide (although the area is full of cat poop).
