CAUTION! PARKING = NIGHTMARE!

If you have to 2 vehicles and are thinking about moving in here, don't!! You have to play a game called "who comes home first". It's fun, you get to play it every single day. The first person home has to find a visitor spot which is usually a very long walk from the actual spot to your apartment. That's if you can find a spot, maybe next to one of the huge SUV's or trucks that are parked in a visitor spot for weeks at a time. God forbid you have to park in between garages, that pretty much guarantees that you won't be able to get of either your driver side or your passenger side. Depending on which side you park on. Then your roommate gets your 1 reserved spot which is also no where near your apartment because of the poor layout of the complex. It's an absolute nightmare on a day to day basis, it's the reason we are moving out soon. Don't ask the managers for help, you're not going to get any.

This reviewer is right-on! Parking is a major problem. The complex manager isn't of much help even when she can be. Forget about having friends or family over for a get-together - there is no where to park. Even street parking is very limited. The big SUVs/trucks make it an adventure to back out of your parking space as you can't see a thing until your car's tail-end is already in the "hope there isn't a car coming" zone. On the 'up' side - it does help me practice 'faith.'

You live in an apt. I lived in them for yrs until i bought a house but all i ever had was had one parking spot also. If you need more parking then buy a house with a drive way. Quit complaining. The apt manager is awesome. She goes out of her way to help the tenants. Grow up

I agree with the above comment--please say something more helpful! I've been searching for a new apartment and looked at literally hundreds online. Very, very few complexes have parking for more than one car. What about the management, maintenance, interior, appliances, etc.? Please say something more helpful and don't bring the rating down for a problem as common in Portland as no A/C.
