It's OK From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/13/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I lived here for just over a year. The two bedroom apartments are roomy but parking is tight. You are assigned one covered parking space and the tenants are good about not parking in your assigned spaces. If you have more than one car than finding a spot for it may be tough after 5 pm. Also, apartments come with a washer and dryer which is nice but they are low end appliances so they take more time to dry clothes. (A little higher power bill') Garbage disposal is standard low end apartment variety and it takes longer than it should to handle citrus peals. Apartments are quiet but folks from the neighboring apartment complex can get rowdy late at night. Finally, they raised my rent each time my lease expired so if you know you're going to stay awhile get a longer lease. The two bedroom apartment is 950 sq ft and even with the raised rents still couldn't find another apartment in the area that large for 800.00 a month. Yes, there are a lot of two bedroom apartments in the area for a lot less money but they are 200 to 300 sq ft smaller. So like I said - It's OK.
