If you want any peace and quiet keep looking.There is ZERO insulation between the floors here.Unless you have ninjas living above[or below]you can expect to hear every footstep,door closing,toilet flushing,etc.My unit literally shakes when the tenants above me stomp across their floors.Its like mini-earthquakes striking all the time.You expect to hear some noise from other tenants in any apartment complex but this borders on being unlivable.
Parking is tight and tenants renting garages here often park in front of them,making access to your space more difficult.The only good thing about the parking situation is it limits the amount of visitors to the complex.
The units themselves are actually pretty decent but are totally ruined by the noise problem.
Greenspace is minimal for those with dogs.The complex provides bags but they are tossed into open baskets that can get really smelly.
As for the neighborhood it is basically a ghetto-don't expect to feel too safe here.
The manager seems nice and the maintenance crew seems decent,the main problem is the el-cheapo construction of the buildings,inconsiderate tenants and the declining neighborhood.
