I have lived at Fairview Village for a year, and since I moved in they have never been friendly. They have been nothing but abrupt and rude since I moved in. The apartment wasn't even ready for me the day that we had discussed. I paid my rent early every month, never filed a complaint - even though my car was Stolen out of the lot and they did Nothing to soothe the situation. Also, even though it has taken months to get any kind of response from Maintenance, they act like I'm the problem. Good riddance.

I am a manager at Fairview Village Apartments and am very surprised and disappointed to see this review. The other questionable comments aside, we were shocked to read that a car had supposedly been stolen from our parking lot. To our knowledge, there has never been any car theft at our property. We called Fairview City Police upon reading this review, and they confirmed that there is no report of a car having been stolen here. This review is most likely referring to another community with the same or a similar name. While we do have our foibles, we work very hard to help our residents feel comfortable and happy living at Fairview Village Apartments. Their feedback, both in this forum and in personal interaction, demonstrates that we are accomplishing that goal.
