I moved in about 2 years ago and it was a great deal to MOVE IN, I have been trying to get out to rent a house and they have done everything in their power to make this move as difficult as possible, they have told every reference that I was late paying rent 3 months (after a job layoff in 2006) in a row which I was but only by four days and I paid all of the fees associated with that, instead they make it sound like I owe back rent, and could not pay on time. They are crooks and now that I am moving out they are harassing me reminding me of all the fees that are going to go into cleaning, painting, washing the blind etc. I WOULD NOT RECCOMENT ANYONE LIVING HERE, also to include that people who have children they let them run ramped hang on the stairwell rail, run all around in the street, the summer is the worst- trashy, scandalous place to live- they will con you to get you in the door.

"I have finally found a house that would here the real situation with the apratments and actually look at my documents for proof of payment on the "late rent" over two years ago!"
