I've lived here for almost two years and it is a great place to live. The management is really friendly. It is also next to Lake Salish and some nature trails which make it a nice place to live in the summer.

I haven't seen the others, but the one bedroom apartment is huge. It is about 700 square feet which is about 1.5 times as big as most of the apartments I've seen around here for the same price.

The maintenance guy is also great. Anytime I have a problem, he fixes it either that day or the very next day.

I agree with you! I've lived here since November and so for I've had no problems with management or anything. I live in one of the 2 bed/2 bath units and it is huge! I'm not sure who posted the bad reviews to this but I'd have to disagree. The trails are great out back and it's so close to the lake. The only thing I don't like is the fact that the garbage is so far away. Also, I feel safe here. It's a great place! :)
