I had to find a place ASAP and sine this was close to my child's school and it said luxury apartments I thought it would be perfect! Well I was way wrong! The parking is very bad and even though I have a alarm on my car it has been broken into many times and has even had gas stiffened out if it! there is garbage always around and when I look out my back deck or window I see right into others apartments because they are less then 20 feet away! You hear everything that goes on! My child can not play in the grass out back because its a big mud hole. After I moved in they have decided to change rules here and there... The garbage where we take out trash is always full and smell so bad you gag! Everything that comes in the apartment is build cheep... They had my carpets cleaned when I moved in but just 2 weeks later the stains all started coming back threw. I have asked them to be cleaned again and they told me not until I signed a new lease! Fat chance of that happening!
I pay $830 a month! I am still trying to figure out where the luxuries are! I will threw the 12 month lease then I am outta here!

Replacing all the damage that has been done to my car every month plus the rent is not worth it for me! I have talked to many of the other people who live there as well and the 10 that I have talked to 9 have had there car broken into and many more then once!! The office has said they will do nothing...

Did I mention that head lice goes around a lot for the kids' Its sad that I dont allow my child to play but the bad words , fighting, and head lice is all things I don't want my child to learn.

I know I sound bitter because I am... I feel that the company should do somethings about the issues and they dont.

Agreed. I lived there for 10 months of my 12 month lease and those apartments were AWFUL! A kid about 10 years old told me "f U" when I was walking down the stairs and him and other children would just sit on the stairs with their hamster in the way of people trying to get upstairs with groceries. There was no parking in front of my building because people who did not live there would park their all the time so I had to go park a mile away when I was paying $830 a month!! Lucky for me my car was not broken into but I had heard about that happening to other people! Hope you get out of there and find a better place to live! Good luck!!
