Have you ever been in a concrete warehouse' That?s what my apartment feels like. With concrete floors you hear your neighbors conversations and foot steps in your apartment. There is less noise outside even with yelling kids playing in the parking lot. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
