The staff recently did an outstanding job of research during a water emergency in our city. The city had an e-coli outbreak but dilgent research by the staff found that our water actually came from a neighboring community eliminating a need to boil water in our units. This complex has seen a mix of reviews and the previous reviewer states things best. Beyond parking, shortcomings here result from a FEW tenants who don't respect others or the complex. Hopefully in time, they will get weeded out. In comparison to other places this is a wonderful community.
