When I initially signed my one-year lease at these apartments I was reassured by management that at the next renewal I would be offered the same lease rates they offer to a new tenant. Now that my year is up none of those lease rates are available. With the huge renewal rate I?m now scrambling to find a different place. The topper of it all was after a friend checking into the place and told me what they were offering as a new tenant. Even less than what I?m paying before my rate increase. This is not a place for someone who pays the rent on time and wants to stay for any length of time. Not to mention the "claws out" attitude of the office employees.
