As a resident of the complex I have experienced many of the common negative issues others have expressed and maybe exaggerated. As for the positive comments, it seems to be a great sales pitch from the management. My favorite is the posting 6/7/2005 "Excellent Job by Staff" regarding the water issue. Fairview's water issue didn?t occur until 7/8/2005. Over all this web-site is full of useless information. The complex is over priced and not "Best in the area by far!" The city of Fairview has many other new apartments and homes. There is a great mix of people that live in Fairview, the wonderful neighbors and the very unpleasant neighbors. Simply, the lodges at lake salish are just another apartment complex. The management is just another reincarnation of your last complexes management staff. Management is absolutely wonderful when you?re signing your lease and any but once you have. Now that I?ve removed the rose colored glasses, with the excitement of a new complex I know I?m paying entirely to much money for the space I am occupying. In my search for a new apartment I?ve found this web-site and was amazed with the reviews. My advice is walk the complex and walking trail and talk with some of the the residents.
