I was one of the 5th people to move into this "Hell Hole". When I arrived from Chicago, my apartment was not even ready to move in as we were told it would be and had to stay in a rundown motel the Lodges put us in for a week. After getting all settled into the apartment everything was fine until a bunch of other people moved in a few months later and then came the people above us. I used to have to get up at 3am to get to work. The people above us would have sex at 1am every morning like clock work on an old bed and I could hear everything and was unable to get back to sleep. I missed a lot of work from of being so tired. I had been to the office to talk to the MGT Staff about this 16 time (kept records). After months of this and me asking out of my lease (huge fees) I ended up telling them I wanted a different apartment. They were going to move us to the backside by the street (was later told by an employee, the MGR didn't like me so that's why the street apartment was offered) I said no way and ended up with a top floor in a different building. All was great for a while. Then all the kids moved in from ages 3 to 25. There seemed to be a bunch of teenagers move in and one painted their Motorcycle with spray paint next to my car. They were given a 30 day after that and they parties they had every night man they were wild. I can go on and on about this place for hours. The construction of this place was very poor. When the lady moved in down stairs from us I could hear her snoring every night (very sweet lady). I know nothing could be done so I just counted the days till the lease was up and we could move. That day came and I was so happy. I hated Portland when I moved here and wanted to go back home to Chicago, but now that I have moved I love it here. How sad it is that an apartment can make one hate a city. If you move in I hope you have better luck then we did.

Where did you move to now that you're so happy?? We've been looking for that perfect place for days! We were going to check this place out but based on the reviews, no way!! Thanks for taking the time to write it.
