We have lived here just about a year and are soooo happy our lease is up next month. As previous people have noted the WALLS ARE PAPER THIN. We can hear them having conversations, relations, coughing, using the restroom, opening cupboards, etc. We do live on the bottom floor which is very unfortunate because we can hear people outside our windows as if they are inside our apartment. Our neighbors above us and beside us are not young college kids either. Also, the grounds are not being kept up at all. Garbages thats left on the sidewalks and in the stairwells can be left there for weeks, WEEKS! We understand noise from neighbors because we have been renting for the last ten years. This is the worst of any place we have lived. If construction would have been better than this could be a great place because we love our kitchen! Also, parking has become a complete nightmare. We have one carport but we have two cars, and sometimes we have to sit in the parking lot for someone to leave so we can park. Oh well. We can't wait to move.
