One thing to be aware of with this property is that you will find a history of reviews contradicting honest issues. It is funny how quickly a rebuttal will be placed......Unless you are very naive, the time that the management should spend helping the tenants is likely being used to plant more favorable reviews.

Whatever, you must have been one of the ones that the management "liked", and what is up with your spelling...."go the the tenants", who also calls renters tenants other than management. They are probably the ones that wrote this as I have heard that they have been known to do. You are one of the few that have had a positive experience at the Lodges at Lake Salish, an apartment is an apartment, some are a little nicer than others but do you really want to fork out a bundle to hope that you are in some kind of a better place? Save that money for your house.

I agree with what goes around comes around. I have had absolutely no problems with the offfice staff and I have lived here for almost 3 years. The only issue I would say is the cost of paying for the sewer and water, regardless of how small your household is. renewal rates are somewhat disappointing but management seems to do thier best to work with you.
