We all know that apt living is not the best, you have tons of people living in a very small place together, its not gonna be perfect. I think it all depends on your neighbors, if they are good then you will have a great time living here. You can hear some noise, but what apts don't. Parking isn't great be any means, but the office staff told me that before i moved in. I was glad to hear that from them instead of being lied to just to get me to lease. Anytime i have a work order that needs to be done it is done that same day. I can't say that for other places i have lived. Now don't get me wrong it is more expensive than some other places, but for the people who complain about there rent going up, you knew it was expensive in the 1st place, why would that be a surprize when your rent may go up. People are still paying the rates and by the looks of the parking lot its full. People only go on these websites to complain because something bad happened to them....maybe your the problem in the 1st place. I love it here!
