Cons:
-Walls are too paper thin...I can hear phones ring (like there in my own apt), conversation taking place....etc
-Construction of the place is crappy...shingles were flying off the roof and almost hit my daughter.
-People in the office are arrogant and snooty. They don't care...they just rush you off the phone so they don't have to hear your complaint.
-Like the other post...I did hear about the faulty wiring that caused a fire and I also heard about the poor insulated sprinkler pipe that burst over a ladies bed in another apartment...this info came directly from a maintenance person.
-Parking sucks...yah they can't build another parking lot but maybe the people that own the property should have thought of this problem before they approved the plans...stupidity.
Pros:
-the maintenance people rock...they do a good job.

I think they do a pretty good job here trying to make everyone happy. It is not easy in a complex this size. I especially have to compliment the maintenance team. Only two people for the job they have. I have lived here since they opened. All in all it is a good place. As far as parking....why do people move into an apartment and bring four cars. Doesn't make sense...I can't afford a house..but I have four cars...that is just stupidity at it's best. The only thing I don't like here is the amount of snotty neighbors that live here. If you don't like it move. Also for those of you who complain about the pets....why did you move into a place that allows them. You are obviously impaired! Also, I know for a fact they bent over backwards to take care of the people who were affected by the fire. Which by the way could happen anywhere. So...quit complaining or do all of us a favor and move!
