I think lake salish could be a nice place to live if the parking arrangement was better....there is no parking....you get one space and good luck trying to find an uncovered spot....if you do make sure its not by the office because your car will be broken into...there is so many break-ins at this place I lost track....as far as police go....they are here more than the office staff. The only positive thing I can say about the stay is the maintenance crew is the best around. They out shine the office staff in manners and respect. Another downfall are the walls in this place...they might as well installed paper for walls because I can hear everything my neighbors do...Everything! The apts themselves look new but after reading the review below mine I wonder about the sound structure and quality control...it almost seems like they slapped these apartments together not caring about safety....I mean I dont wanna burn alive in my sleep.

Funny... I've never noticed the police here except twice in the whole year and a half I've lived here and once was because of a pipe bursting. And I'm home a lot... especially from about November 2008-February 2009 while I was pregnant, giving birth, and attending to my newborn. We once in a while can hear the tv in the apartment next to us while sitting at the computer nook, but other than that it's fairly quiet. Obviously, if we have our windows and doors open we can hear people under us but that's to be expected. Oh, and the airplanes- but if you don't want to hear them move to Beaverton already. Maybe it's the building I live in (F) but I really find it fairly quiet. I agree on parking though, it's absolutely atrocious. Although I park in overflow all the time and have NEVER had my car broken into- and I've lived here since November 2007.
