All the negatives are true. I have lived here for awhile and can vouch for all the negative aspects that are stated in these reviews. Police are here more than not. There are vehicle break-ins all the time. There was a flyer going around put out by the office staff saying vehicle break-ins are happening in the surrounding area. That's not what I have heard! It appears to just be affecting this complex because it's on a busy road, near the freeway, and isolated from any businesses and/or neighbors. The office staff is horrible. They treat you nice until you sign that lease. Pull your heads out of your A$$es girls and treat the residents with the some respect. After all we are your bosses.

There are transients roaming from trash to trash during the night. Wow! For the money I pay I shouldn't have any of these problems. Save yourself the time and headache and don't move here. Or you can and you will see exactly what I am talking about.

I live at these apartments and lived here during the time that the notice about break ins was happening. It did not say surrounding area but even that there were break ins occurring on the property. Personally, I found it thoughtful of management to alert us as I hadn't even noticed anything. I have lived here since November of 2007 and often wander around at night for a walk or talking with friends by the lake- I've never noticed any transients. We are considering moving because with a newborn we just can't cope with the financial costs of living here (it's expensive, and we paid a ton in deposits), but we have loved it while we were here. I don't feel bad when I write my rent check each month, because I adore our apartment and have since I first set foot in it. Apartments are spacious and well designed. I just wish the parking was better (it really is atrocious) and that we could afford to stay.
