We loved our apartment and the surrounding areas. Dealing with the office staff was never pleasant, they always talk down to you and are rude. At the time of move-out they made sure our deposit was used up in "other expenses" amazing how the move-out costs were EXACTLY what our deposit was. Parking is horrible, your guests have to walk far and the spaces are not big enough for an SUV. If you live on the east side prepare for the winter, you will have to do your own insulation with blankets and tape over the doors and your heating bill will be outragous SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

To be quite honest, having an SUV in an apartment will always be tricky...no matter where you live. I will definitely give you that parking sucks. I will also agree that the management is not the best. Overall, they are pretty rude. I'm not particularly fond of them... But, about the winter? If you are not familiar with the East side then you probably shouldn't have moved in. The winters are ALWAYS horrid. There is a lot of wind. So, regardless of where you live, you will most have a higher energy bill in the winter. It's just the way it is.
