This place believe it or not is the nicest place in the area. Outward appearance is outstanding and inside is nice too! But the east and south end apartments that are on the street side are extremely noisy-is that semi coming into my apartment,wow! The end units are the best but if you are a non smoker like me then you better find out if your tenants below are if so there smoke is coming into your place whether you like it or not. We "sealed" ours but it did no good. Most smokers are selfish and couldnt care less about you-like mine below-jerks! Its windy here-I can fly my kite from my deck and sip a cold one without having to fight the kids at the school across the street. Parking is a free for all-some tenants leave there cars in the free spaces for days and weeks sometimes-so much for good neighbors. I dont mind parking out in front. The walk along the lake is nice and in the summer time you walk right by the hot tub which can get interesting-if you know what I mean! If you like watching airplanes this is the place to be-right over the flight path-I enjoy the air guard that flys over a few time a week-I can tell and so will you. The sunsets are cool too! The girls in the front office are sweet and nice and downright hot if you ask me-I dont care what the winers say! Maintenance is good and if you want to know the going ons of this place just ask them! They told me about my neighbors below"The ole stiff just sits back there and smokes and watches TV 24/7 and its going to take a fire hose to clean the place up when they move out" Boy Im glad I dont have their job! Its been a blast living here so far. As far as apartment life goes. This is not a place for the pompas and the proud so keep that in mind but it is on the upper end-if you want the other just go over to Holly Ridge. I was there before the gang bangers and crack heads took over! Overall this is a real nice place and I would recommend it to others!!! Cheers
