Fairview Oaks 20% Recommended May 07 2008: I've seen many negative reviews in here.... I've been at Fairview Oaks for two years now. While prices are going up, and some changes don't please some residents (i.e. the smoking ban), it is still a very well maintained area. Our Fairview Oaks 20% Recommended Apr 20 2008: Seems nice at first. Been here one year. Section 8 and Hud house also here. So you get alot of 24 hr notice to check out you apartment for these agencies. Bath tubs have mold coming through crack in tub Courtyards at Fairview 63% Recommended Mar 20 2008: The manager is outstanding, as is the maintenance guy. We have lived here for 2 years now and any problems are attended to promptly and courteously. The best part of all is VERY LITTLE to no sound penetrates the walls Chinook Way Loft Apartments 50% Recommended Feb 16 2008: We have lived here for 4 years. tHE RENT HAS GONE UP FROM $715.-$935.! Now it is going up to $995 and we just can't afford it any longer. You do get a great community feel- living here, but the Fairview Oaks 20% Recommended Feb 09 2008: They seem nice at first but once your in, all of a sudden it seems to change.
