The apartments are in pretty poor condition. The deck and stairs had dry rot, though the deck was fixed. The air conditioner was broken and took about 3 months before it was finally replaced and when it was replaced, the new unit didn't fit the space. Therby it created a great place for ants to enter. I have never seen so many ants in the apartment as I did when I lived here! The living room is huge, but the lighting and carpet terrible. What's worse is that the surrounding apartments are often being visited by the police. In the apartments themselves at least two domestic violence instances occurred.
