I had an upstairs unit for a summer. Had a fireplace, which we didn't use, and a small air conditioner that we did use--worked pretty well, all things considered. Radio built into the wall in the kitchen--that was fun. Lots of space in the kitchen, dishwasher, big front room with lots of space. Bedrooms were small, but that's to be expected. Bathroom is huge, with enough room for six dead bodies in the tub (not that I tested that measurement or anything...). Landlords are nice people. Parking isn't super, but whatever. That was the least of my problems. Right across the street from Safeway, which was great. Washer/dryer in unit, which was AWESOME. The complex next door had a lot of loud children. All in all, it was the best apartment I ever had in FoGro.
