From outside appearances this place seemed fine at first especially with it being a small complex and the shaded trees. However, once you live here a few month the flaws of this place show up. There is NO insulation here. Paper thin old windows grow black mold during the winter and it's hotter than Hades during the summer. You can hear everything you neighbor is doing. The closets have exposed staples and nails too. Also, If you are a non-smoker DO NOT live here because people are constantly smoking around the pool and the grounds. The landscape crew do nothing descent but blow dirt around on your patio tables and into your window screens. They also tell you that the appliances are new when you move-in but the oven is a pile and the fridge is about the die. This place is not worth $725!! which BTW is what you will pay after the special they hook you in with PLUS you have to pay w/s/g. The place doesn't really offer recycling... they hired some dude to dumpster dive to get the recycling out. The so called spacious walk-in closet is tiny compared to most other places. Its a crime when you can get luxury apartment right now for the same price. Don't move here unless you like getting ripped off.
