	this is definetely the best place in Forest Grove. Great Managment and very clean and safe. If you want to be close to the University- this is the #1 spot!

	Clean apartments but the walls are extremely thin therefore it is difficult to sleep oftentimes. At $660-$690 per month, the cost is steep for a dumpy little town like Forest Grove.
